Zaznaczył też, że Polska, sprawując prezydencję w Radzie UE, wzięła na siebie obowiązek “przekonania Europy, że ta akcja deregulacyjna musi dotyczyć całej Unii Europejskiej”.
Zaznaczył, że inicjatywy deregulacyjne mają być wspierane na poziomie europejskim, gdyż — jak stwierdził — uwolnienie od biurokratycznych barier gospodarki europejskiej odbędzie się z korzyścią dla Polski.
