Taylor Swift rules the Billboard 200 once again with The Tortured Poets Department. The singer-songwriter’s latest release has maintained its iron-tight grip on the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s ranking of the most-consumed albums in the country, and for months, it’s been fending off tough competition. After a historic run on top, it looks like Swift’s winning streak may soon be over.

Eminem’s new release The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce) seems like it’s headed right for the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200. The rapper’s first full-length in years has become a huge commercial win in the days since it dropped, and it’s likely going to be the first to beat Swift.

Music industry publication HitsDailyDouble is predicting that The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce) will debut at No. 1 in America next frame. The set may launch with 285,000 equivalent units, according to the site, which is almost always correct when it comes to guessing the next winners on the charts.

Based on HitsDailyDouble’s article, Swift won’t just step aside and settle in second place. At the moment, it seems that The Tortured Poets Department is about to take its first real tumble on the Billboard 200.

The outlet predicts that Swift’s latest blockbuster will land at No. 4 next week in America. In addition to Eminem, the latest album from K-pop favorites Enhypen may also debut above The Tortured Poets Department. Their new set, Romance: Untold, could launch in the runner-up rung with 118,000 equivalent units.

Zach Bryan’s The Great American Bar Scene may also appear ahead of Swift as well. This week, his new project fails to best The Tortured Poets Department, as it soars into the top 10 and is forced to settle for No. 2.

The Tortured Poets Department has now ruled the Billboard 200 for 12 consecutive weeks. The title makes history as it does so, as it now holds the record for the most frames at No. 1 from its debut. The bestseller launched atop the tally with one of the largest opening sums of all time, and since then, it’s refused to give up control over the throne.
