Nicole, who hails from Califronia, started dating the Kansas City Chiefs’ star back in 2017 in what was an “on-again, off-again” relationship. The model met Kelce through Instagram where after some time of following each other and liking each other’s pictures, Nicole slid into his DMs on New Year’s, as per People.
