At first I am sorry that I have to say goodbye to you in this way, but the course of recent events gave me no other option.

I spent the last 7 seasons with you and even though we were planning the next – life wrote its script and I have to accept it. I had some amazing sporting moments in Stala. I will never forget the win against Unia Leszno in 2019, which then lost their only match of the season and we saved the Ekstraliga with it. I remember saying before the races nominated for the coach: “Coach, if you give me the 4th field in the 15th, I’ll win this race” and before the last run it was 42-42.
I will never forget the 2020 season, when we lost 6 first matches in a row, but the strength, control and faith of the coach did not allow to impress our team, which later led us to the silver medal by defeating Sparta in the semi-finals. I will never forget losing to Włókniarz by probably 10 points on their own track and getting a bonus point in Cz istochów winning probably 16 when we were losing by 12 points in the middle of the game.
I will never forget the joy of winning the bronze medal in 2021 when we celebrated together on Jancarz like we won gold.
I will never forget winning the quarterfinal in Toru Nigdy when Martin and Anders were injured and we went into that match with probably the biggest bomb in my sporting history, winning without two leaders thanks to the genius tactics of coach Chomski.
I will never forget winning the semi-final in Cz tostochów when we managed it in the last run…
I would like to write today that I feel incredibly lucky because I could be part of this team, to create these events and emotions, which are the most beautiful thing that sport gives us: proving that the impossible does not exist, especially when you have such great players – friends and training staff by your side. the second one would have jumped into the fire honestly. Thanks to these 7 start seasons under the leadership of coach Chomski I learned what team, faith and monolith mean. I wish I could be a part of such a project for the rest of my career and I will always try to create such a team around my box.

We shared some bitter moments together that will also remain in my memory forever. Here I would like to thank you, dear fans, because despite sometimes disappointing you, you never made me feel that you were tired of me. You are amazing and I promise that I will always have a place in my heart, to which I will keep coming back with unprecedented nostalgia. It was in Stali that I went from a young boy to a man, became a husband and a father, won several medals and fulfilled one of my biggest dreams and promoted to the Grand Prix. Unfortunately, making dreams come true is sometimes very expensive and I have to accept that. I know that in a year I disappointed you and the last 2 months in my performance are far below yours and my expectations. They say when you aim really high – you cannot lose and I do not feel defeated either. On the other hand, my price is to break up with Gorzów who puts a sword into my heart…. At the end, I would like to thank all the players, with whom I could create these stories. I thank Bartek, with whom I learned a lot inspired by his determination, I thank Martin and Anders, with whom we were getting the team’s results from space and together with the Oscars we proved that without Bartek Stal can still be strong and unbreakable. Thanks to Kuba for his commitment this year when he couldn’t and finally got him straight. Thanks to the second Cuba, who has made incredible strides this year and proved what he can do. You are great and I wish you good luck and health in every race. Thanks to coach Chomski, whom I can call my speed dad without hesitation. To a coach who treated us like his children. He defended us, stood for us, took the pressure off us and made us focus on what we could do best. Thank you to the other members of the training staff, club mechanics, all staff and sponsors both private and club. “Gorzów lives in a hurry” thanks to such donors it’s not an empty slogan and I’ll never forget how much you’ve done for me and for the club. I also thank the board, because thanks to you I could be part of it.

I wish every young speedster from Zuzlow to one day get to such a team, in such a club and under such wings and feel what I was given to feel.

It’s time to say goodbye, because life has put another stage in front of me.
