Prokuratura Okręgowa w Tarnowie wszczęła dochodzenie w sprawie niedopuszczalnego i nieuprawnionego przetwarzania danych osobowych prok. Ewy Wrzosek. O decyzji poinformował rzecznik tej prokuratury prok. Mieczysław Sienicki. Dodał też, że prokuratura odmówiła wszczęcia postępowania dotyczącego gróźb karalnych wobec prokurator.
Fotografię dawnego kwestionariusza paszportowego prok. Wrzosek ujawniła na platformie X dziennikarka Dorota Kania. W sprawie tej badani są również inni użytkownicy platformy X, którzy również opublikowali dane z tego samego kwestionariusza paszportowego.
Dochodzenie prowadzone jest w sprawie niedopuszczalnego i nieuprawnionego przetwarzania danych osobowych – podkreślił prok. Sienicki. Dodał, że w tej sprawie uzyskano informacje z Archiwum IPN, skąd pobrano kwestionariusz prok. Wrzosek; zaznaczył, że procedura uzyskania tego dokumentu była zgodna z prawem, natomiast wątpliwości może budzić sposób jego wykorzystania.
