Zdaniem Państwowej Komisji Wyborczej politycy nie złożyli w terminie sprawozdania finansowego za 2024 r. Do sprawy odniósł się w “Fakcie” mec. Piotr Milik. Co oznacza w praktyce delegalizacja formacji?
Przypomnijmy. Zgodnie z ustawą o partiach politycznych, wszystkie zarejestrowane ugrupowania mają obowiązek złożyć sprawozdanie finansowe za poprzedni rok do 31 marca. Według informacji uzyskanych przez “Rzeczpospolitą”, Państwowa Komisja Wyborcza twierdzi, że Nowa Nadzieja nie dopełniła tego obowiązku.

Niedopełnienie tego wymogu skutkuje surową sankcją – PKW jest zobowiązana wystąpić do sądu z wnioskiem o wykreślenie partii z ewidencji, a sąd musi taki wniosek uwzględnić. Nie ma możliwości uniknięcia tej konsekwencji zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami.
