Niedługo później Karol i Marta Nawroccy zawarli z Jerzym Ż. umowę przedwstępną na zakup od niego mieszkania. Zgodnie z potwierdzonym notarialnie dokumentem Jerzy Ż. miał im sprzedać mieszkanie po upływie pięciu lat. Przez ten okres obowiązuje bowiem nałożony przez miasto zakaz sprzedaży.
