The Batman actor, 51, and the Maid in Manhattan star, 54, decided to put the Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $68M ‘very recently’ and are hoping for a buyer asap, a source told UsWeekly on Saturday.

‘They thought they could sell it off-market but made a game-time decision in order to put more eyes on the property,’ the insider explained.

‘They are in a rush to sell it. Ben especially wants to be done with the house. He was never happy there.’

The source said the couple ‘never felt settled’ in the massive 38,000 square foot property, which features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.
