Trudna końcówka roku dla pacjentów Szpitala Powiatowego w Sochaczewie. Placówka poinformowała o konieczności wstrzymania planowych przyjęć na oddziały. Decyzja wchodzi w życie od 10 grudnia 2025 roku. Powodem są problemy z płynnością finansową wynikające z braku płatności ze strony NFZ.
Pacjenci, którzy mieli wyznaczone terminy zabiegów lub diagnostyki w drugiej połowie grudnia, muszą uzbroić się w cierpliwość. Dyrekcja szpitala podjęła decyzję o przesunięciu tych świadczeń na początek przyszłego roku. Ograniczenia potrwają do 31 grudnia.
Prawie 7 milionów długu za leczenie
Bezpośrednią przyczyną drastycznych kroków podjętych przez zarząd szpitala jest brak środków za tzw. nadwykonania. Są to procedury medyczne, które szpital wykonał ponad limit określony w kontrakcie z Narodowym Funduszem Zdrowia, ratując zdrowie i życie pacjentów.
W oficjalnym komunikacie szpital wskazuje, że kwota nierozliczonych przez NFZ nadwykonań sięga blisko 6,8 mln złotych.
Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej Szpitala Powiatowego w Sochaczewie jest zmuszony do wstrzymania przyjęć planowych do oddziałów szpitala z powodu nierozliczonych przez NFZ nadwykonań na kwotę 6,8 miliona złotych – podała dyrekcja szpitala.
Brak przelewu tych środków zachwiał płynnością finansową placówki. Wstrzymanie planowych przyjęć ma na celu „zabezpieczenie środków na leczenie pacjentów w stanach nagłych” i przetrwanie do nowego roku budżetowego.
