JUST IN…Donald Trump issues chilling two-word warning about post-war map of Iran
Donald Trump said the map of Iran will “probably not” look the same after the war ends in a chilling warning about the nation’s future.
The president faced a barrage of questions about his war in Iran, which has rapidly expanded across the Middle East, while aboard Air Force One on Saturday. Asked whether he believes the map of Iran will “look the same after all this is done,” Trump initially responded, “I can’t tell you.”
But the president quickly added, “Probably not.” Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed on February 28 during the initial Operation Epic Fury strikes by the US and Israel.

Dozens of top commanders and officials were also killed in the strikes, throwing the Iranian leadership structure into chaos. “When this ends, we’re going to have a much safer world and we will have gotten rid of a lot of sick and demented people,” Trump added.
On Thursday, the president insisted he should be involved in choosing Iran’s next supreme leader. Mojtaba Khamenei, a son of Iran’s slain Ayatollah, has long been considered a contender to the post of the country’s next paramount ruler.

He has not been seen since the airstrike that killed his father and has likely gone into hiding as the US and Israel continue to hammer Iran, with Trump declaring on Saturday that the country is “being beat to HELL.” Iran has kept up retaliatory attacks on Israel, American bases, and countries around the region.
The war has so far killed at least 1,230 people in the Islamic Republic, more than 300 in Lebanon and around a dozen in Israel, according to officials. On Saturday, Trump suggested the US could target more Iranian officials.
“Today Iran will be hit very hard! Under serious consideration for complete destruction and certain death, because of Iran’s bad behavior, are areas and groups of people that were not considered for targeting up until this moment in time,” he wrote on Truth Social.
The US and Israel have continued to hammer Iran
On Sunday, Iran’s president threatened to step up attacks on American targets throughout the Middle East as the US and Israel press ahead with their air campaign. “When we are attacked, we have no choice but to respond. The more pressure they impose on us, the stronger our response will naturally be,” President Masoud Pezeshkian said in video comments.
“Our Iran, our country, will not bow easily in the face of bullying, oppression or aggression – and it never has,” he added. Pezeshkian appeared to be backtracking after apologizing to his Gulf neighbors on Saturday.

His comments, during which he apologized for attacks on their soil, were quickly contradicted by Iranian hard-liners. Pezeshkian said Iran is not looking for a battle against neighboring Arab countries, many of which host American military bases.
“They are our brothers,” he said, accusing the US of trying to pit the region’s countries against one another. Many Iranian attacks have gone beyond US bases in the region, striking energy facilities, hotels and cities.
