The Kardashians star shared an honest update on her sex life, or lack thereof, while chatting with Kourtney Kardashian and friend Simon Huck during the season seven premiere of their series. (The topic came up while discussing her sister’s latest product of Lemme Play, a libido gummy.)
“I haven’t had sex in over three years,” Khloe confessed during the Oct. 23 episode, prompting Simon to reply, “This gummy is perfect for you, would you like to make a cameo?”
Khloe’s response? “Oh good,” she joked. “Yes, I will.”
As for Kourtney, when it comes to her sister—who shares kids True Thompson and Tatum Thompson with ex Tristan Thompson—and her dating life, she thinks now is the perfect time for Khloe to focus on herself.
“I think while you have young kids,” Kourtney shared in a confessional, “if there’s no one worth your time, focus on your kids.”

Nope,” she confirmed, “not anyone I’m texting, I don’t have any person’s phone number, I can leave my phone around you.”
And when Simon wondered, “Your nudes are going…” Khloe confirmed there was no destination for them, adding, “I don’t have nudes, what nudes?”
Earlier this year, the 41-year-old confirmed she took a step back from dating altogether, noting that she was more than happy to live the single life.
“On Instagram I saw somebody that married the Eiffel Tower, some food, a cell phone and something else,” Khloe quipped during a March episode of The Kardashians. “So, this might be me in the next couple of years, marrying something like my bed.”
“That would be nice,” she continued. “I marry my bed. I know who I’m coming home to every night. I know you’re just going to be there for me whenever I want. And snuggle me whenever I want. And you don’t talk back.”
