Sławomir Mentzen chętnie mówi o wolnym rynku, niskich podatkach i „zwykłych Polakach”, których jak twierdzi – reprezentuje. Rzadziej jednak porusza temat własnego majątku. A miałby o czym opowiadać. Zgromadzone nieruchomości, rozbudowane portfolio biznesowe i działalność w najbardziej dochodowych rejonach kraju rzucają zupełnie inne światło na lidera Konfederacji.
Majątek, który mówi sam za siebie
Choć sam niechętnie mówi o swoim majątku, oświadczenie majątkowe posła Mentzena nie pozostawia złudzeń co do skali zgromadzonych dóbr. Na liście pojawia się m.in. 370-metrowy dom wyceniony na 3,5 mln złotych, usytuowany na działce o powierzchni ponad 1100 m².
To nie wszystko – polityk posiada również drugi dom o powierzchni 125 m², wart 875 tys. złotych, położony na działce 800 m². Oba domy są objęte współwłasnością małżeńską.
Do tego dochodzi przestronne 107-metrowe mieszkanie, które Mentzen wycenił na 750 tys. zł. Lokal także należy do wspólnego majątku z żoną. W sumie daje to trzy nieruchomości o wartości przekraczającej 5 mln zł.
Co istotne, żadna z tych posiadłości nie znajduje się w przypadkowej lokalizacji. To atrakcyjne rejony, idealne pod inwestycje lub spokojne, prestiżowe życie rodzinne
