Mirra Andriejewa zmierzy się z Magdaleną Fręch w trzeciej rundzie turnieju rangi WTA 1000 w Madrycie. Rosjanka w swoim pierwszym spotkaniu w stolicy Hiszpanii pokonała Czeszkę Marie Bouzkovą 6:3, 6:4.
Magdalena Fręch w czwartek (24 kwietnia) rozegrała pierwsze spotkanie w turnieju rangi WTA 1000 w Madrycie. Nasza tenisistka zmierzyła się z Hiszpanką Jessiką Bouzas Maneiro i zwyciężyła 5:7, 7:6(2), 6:4.
Kilka godzin później Polka poznała już kolejną przeciwniczkę. W trzeciej fazie imprezy w stolicy Hiszpanii przyjdzie jej rywalizować z Mirrą Andriejewą. Rosjanka, rozstawiona z “siódemką”, ograła Czeszkę Marie Bouzkovą 6:3, 6:4.

W premierowej odsłonie Andriejewa prowadziła 3:0 z przewagą przełamania, którą straciła w siódmym gemie. Rosjanka miała czego żałować, bo wcześniej nie wykorzystała break pointów, po których mogła nawet zakończyć seta wynikiem 6:0.
Jednak 17-latka nie pozwoliła na doprowadzenie do remisu, notując przełamanie w ósmym gemie po wykorzystaniu piątego break pointa. Chwilę później udało jej się zamknąć partię triumfem 6:3.
W II secie Bouzkova nie wykorzystała okazji na przełamanie najpierw w czwartym gemie, a następnie w szóstym. W końcu doszło do momentu, w którym zemściło się to na Czeszce.
