Choć Jagiellonia Białystok pożegnała się z Ligą Konferencji, remis 1:1 z Realem Betis daje powody do optymizmu. Tuż po meczu pod adresem mistrzów Polski zaczęły pojawiać się niemal wyłącznie same pochwały. Jak stwierdził Mateusz Rokuszewski z Canal+, do pełni dumy zabrakło jednak dwóch liderów Jagiellonii w najwyższej formie. “I tylko dlatego mam lekki niedosyt” — napisał komentator, ostatecznie chwaląc jednak grę zespołu Adriana Siemieńca. Podobnych głosów było znacznie więcej, i to nawet przed ostatnim gwizdkiem sędziego.
Choć Jagiellonia Białystok pożegnała się z Ligą Konferencji po dwumeczu z Realem Betis, to i tak nie może mieć do siebie najmniejszych pretensji. Zwłaszcza w rewanżu drużyna Adriana Siemieńca do samego końca walczyła o zwycięstwo i o to, by odrobić straty. Dość powiedzieć, że w drugiej połowie Hiszpanie grali na czas, wyczuwając napór mistrzów Polski.
