Według informacji uzyskanych przez “Rzeczpospolitą” do Państwowej Komisji Wyborczej nie wpłynęło sprawozdanie finansowe partii Nowa Nadzieja Sławomira Mentzena. Partia miała na to czas do końca marca – teraz może zostać wykreślona z rejestru. Ugrupowanie ma też stracić Janusz Korwin-Mikke.

Wszystkie zarejestrowane partie, według ustawy o partiach politycznych, mają czas do 31 marca na złożenie sprawozdania finansowego. Gazeta zwróciła uwagę, że “za niedopełnienie obowiązku ‘Państwowa Komisja Wyborcza (PKW) występuje do sądu z wnioskiem, o wykreślenie wpisu tej partii z ewidencji’, a sąd jest zobowiązany uwzględnić wniosek”. Według przepisów nie ma możliwości uniknięcia tych surowych konsekwencji. Oznacza to, że Nowa Nadzieja – jeden z członów Konfederacji, obok Ruchu Nardowego – ma zostać wykreślona z ewidencji. Obecnie w jej skład wchodzi ośmiu posłów oraz troje europosłów.

Wiceprezes Nowej Nadziei poseł Bartłomiej Pejo w rozmowie z “Rzeczpospolitą” twierdzi jednak, że sprawozdanie zostało złożone w terminie. – PKW posiada sprawozdanie Nowej Nadziei za 2024 rok, które wpłynęło do niej wraz z raportem biegłego rewidenta 31 marca 2025 roku. Skarbnik wyjaśnia sprawę z PKW – przekazał. Jednak według źródeł, do których dotarła gazeta, według PKW sprawozdanie w ogólnie nie zostało złożone.
