Prokuratura Okręgowa Warszawa-Praga prowadzi postępowanie po tym, jak trzy dni po przesłuchaniu kobieta zmarła. Śledczy badają, czy czynność procesowa mogła mieć wpływ na jej stan zdrowia.
Mam nadzieję, że to postępowanie, które prowadzi aktualnie Prokuratura Okręgowa w Warszawie, dokładnie wykaże brak jakiegokolwiek związku przyczynowo-skutkowego pomiędzy faktem przesłuchania, a jej zgonem – stwierdziła Ewa Wrzosek.
Wątpliwości wokół czynności i decyzji procesowych
Najwięcej kontrowersji wzbudziła decyzja o niewpuszczeniu na przesłuchanie pełnomocnika Barbary Skrzypek. Zdaniem niektórych polityków PiS, obecność adwokata była konieczna ze względu na zły stan zdrowia kobiety. Wrzosek tłumaczyła, że niczego by to nie zmieniło, gdyż był pełnomocnikiem prawnym, a nie ratownikiem medycznym.
