Filip Chajzer w 2015 roku stracił 9-letniego syna Maksymiliana, który zginął w tragicznym wypadku samochodowym. To wydarzenie na zawsze odmieniło jego życie i doprowadziło go do walki z głęboką depresją. Grażyna Błęcka-Kolska przeżyła dramat, gdy w 2014 roku w wypadku samochodowym zginęła jej 23-letnia córka Zuzanna – jechały razem, a aktorka sama prowadziła pojazd.

Barbara Brylska straciła córkę Barbarę Kosmal w 1993 roku – dziewczyna zginęła w wypadku samochodowym, mając zaledwie 20 lat. Maciej Szczęsny, były bramkarz reprezentacji Polski, w 1987 roku musiał pożegnać 1,5-roczną córeczkę Natalię, która zginęła tragicznie na placu zabaw.
Bartłomiej Topa również doświadczył ogromnego bólu, kiedy jego syn Kajetan, urodzony z wadą serca, zmarł w wieku siedmiu miesięcy. Magda Gessler z kolei przeżyła śmierć córeczki, która zmarła zaledwie miesiąc po porodzie w 2006 roku.
Jeden z wybitnych polskich aktorów również podzielił się faktem, że przeżył największą tragedię, jaką kiedykolwiek może przeżyć rodzic.
