Ah celebrity throwbacks, how we love thee. From Kardashian childhood pics to priceless, behind-the-scenes shots from our all-time favorite movies (especially this Harry Potter one), nostalgia is alive and well, my friends. To celebrate the latest #ThrowbackThursday, AKA one of the best days of the week, Sofia Vergara just went and shared an old photo and, well, wow.

Overnight, the Modern Family star posted a throwback bikini picture on Instagram from the ’90s and it looks precisely nothing like my bikini throwbacks. In the pic, Sofia’s standing next to a tree while looking over her shoulder at the camera. Dressed in a high-cut, grey bikini, in either a printed or velvet-type finish, with her hair featuring blonde highlights, this has all the hallmarks of a modeling shot. Yep, before Sofia was an actor frequenting Hollywood red carpets, she started out studying dentistry, which she then left to pursue a career in modeling and show business.

Aside from looking incredible (obvs), this bikini is also very on-trend. With ’90s and ’00s fashion having a real revival this season, we can totally see celebs wearing this same style in 2021.
