Koszmar w przedszkolu. 4-letni Mareczek zginął na placu zabaw
Prokuratura Okręgowa w Kielcach postawiła zarzuty dwóm osobom w związku z tragiczną śmiercią czteroletniego chłopca, do której doszło w 2023 roku na placu zabaw w Zabierzowie. Śledczy zarzucają podejrzanym narażenie dzieci na bezpośrednie niebezpieczeństwo utraty życia lub ciężkiego uszczerbku na zdrowiu. Ofiarą tragedii był 4-letni Mareczek, który utonął w studni na placu zabaw.
Zarzuty usłyszeli: była zastępczyni dyrektora przedszkola, Agnieszka B., oraz prowadzący placówkę, Cezary S. Prokurator Daniel Prokopowicz, rzecznik kieleckiej prokuratury, poinformował, że w latach 2018-2023, jako osoby odpowiedzialne za bezpieczeństwo dzieci, podejrzani umyślnie narazili podopiecznych na bezpośrednie niebezpieczeństwo utraty życia i ciężkiego uszczerbku na zdrowiu.

Wbrew obowiązującym przepisom wykonano plac zabaw na zbiorniku na nieczystości, nie informując o tym pracowników opiekujących się dziećmi. Nie zabezpieczono właściwie otworów zbiornika, a także nie przeprowadzano okresowych kontroli stanu nawierzchni placu, co doprowadziło do tragicznego w skutkach wypadku – wyjaśnił prok. Prokopowicz.
Z ustaleń prokuratury wynika, że feralnego dnia płyta OSB, która przykrywała zbiornik na nieczystości, zapadła się pod ciężarem czteroletniego chłopca. Dziecko wpadło do środka i utonęło.
