Onet opisuje, w jaki sposób Karol i Marta Nawroccy weszli w posiadanie kawalerki Jerzego Ż. Dziennikarze opublikowali fragmenty aktu notarialnego. Wynika z nich, że Nawroccy byli pełnomocnikami pana Jerzego do dysponowania mieszkaniem i umowę sprzedaży podpisali sami ze sobą.

Onet, podobnie jak “Gazeta Wyborcza”, podaje w najnowszej publikacji, że Karol Nawrocki miał osobiście przelać 12,6 tys. zł na konto gdańskiego urzędu miasta. Za te środki miał zostać wykupiony lokal komunalny, w którym żył Jerzy Ż. Samo mieszkanie zostało wycenione na 120 tys. zł, ale seniorowi przysługiwała 90-procentowa bonifikata. Nawrocki miał wpłacić gotówkę w jednym z oddziałów Millenium Banku w październiku 2011 roku. Niedługo później Karol i Marta Nawroccy zawarli z Jerzym Ż. umowę przedwstępną na zakup od niego mieszkania. Zgodnie z potwierdzonym notarialnie dokumentem Jerzy Ż. miał im sprzedać mieszkanie po upływie pięciu lat. Przez ten okres obowiązuje bowiem nałożony przez miasto zakaz sprzedaży.
